Prices

Room rates do not include the tourist tax, collected by the Municipality of São Gonçalo.
The deposit is to be paid by bank transfer or online by credit card or via the secure payment platform we use. The balance is to be paid in cash on site or online by credit card via the secure payment platform we use.

Cancellation Policy

• Up to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount will be charged.
• Less than 15 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% percentage of the total amount will be charged.
• For reservations made through booking.com’ or other booking platforms, the respective policy will apply.

PLEASE NOTE: This cancellation policy does not apply to promotions requiring 100% advance payment.

No-Show Rules

In case of non-arrival on the scheduled check-in date or violation of cancellation conditions, no-show rules will apply. Bookings can be re-scheduled if vacancies are available at a later date. Contact LineUp reception.

Special diets (e.g. gluten free, vegan food) are available on request, following prior arrangement.

The customer should notify us of any food allergies prior to arrival. The responsibility for avoiding certain foods lies with the customer. LineUp cannot assume liability for any damages in connection with food allergies.

Miscellaneous

• Upon prior request at time of reservation, a baby cot can be added, room size permitting.
• Non-smoking rules apply to rooms and common areas, except on outdoor terraces.
• A limited number of parking spaces is available.
• Guests are asked not to leave valuables in their vehicles. LineUp cannot be held responsible for theft, loss or damage.

Rent of Material

Customers renting equipment from LineUp (“rented equipment”), are liable for the repair or replacement in case of theft, damage or loss of the rented equipment (also by third party). Whether an item is to be repaired or replaced is up to the judgement of LineUp.

In case of accident, injury or death of the customer or a third party during the use of the rented equipment, LineUp does not assume liability. Insurance is responsibility of the parties involved.

Exclusion of Liability for Risks of the Surfing and Kitesurfing Sports

Surfing and kitesurfing are connected with increased risk (accidents that can lead to injuries, disabilities or even death of the person and/or a third party). Upon booking and thereby agreeing to these T&Cs, the customer confirms that he or she has no concerns from a medical or psychological point of view to perform this sport and that it matches his or her personal physical skills. It is imperative that the customer complies with the directions of the instructors. In case of non-compliance, LineUp is not liable for personal or material damage.

LineUp declines any liability in connection with surfing or kitesurfing. Customers carry the sole responsibility and therefore any costs incurred in case of property damage, accident, injury or death to themselves or to a third party. Respective insurance coverage is the sole responsibility of the customer.
